The bathroom includes toilet, sink, and a shower with hot water, of course.
400 watts of solar power allows you to live off the grid, and powers the lights, TV, and refrigerator
The refrigerator is large enough for several days of food and drinks, and even has a tiny freezer for small items.
The generator provides 2,000 watts of power to run a hair dryer, hotplate, or the AC system
The AC/Heat system will keep you comfortable as it runs from the generator. We find it is rarely needed in the summer, as the screens and ceiling fan keep you cool.
The two burner cooktop will help you make the most of the fully stocked kitchen.
Enjoy local channels on the TV, or watch some of the movies we have stored on board.
The 280 watt JBL sound system pairs with your phone, or you can listen to local stations.
Enjoy your meals or cocktails on the fold out table and four chairs.

We had such a great time on the houseboat! By far one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. Such a fun, relaxing and unique experience on Jordan Lake. Waking up to morning coffee overlooking the water is nothing short of heaven. We will without a doubt book again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
This is a very unique way to spend a relaxing and fun weekend. The boat is nicely outfitted and very comfortable. It was very easy to operate. I loved it. Hope to do it again soon.
We had a wonderful, relaxing afternoon on this cute house boat, anchored by the boat launch. It's comfortable, new and perfect size for the 3 of us. We relaxed on the top deck while our daughter did some fishin' off the back of the boat. Gretchen and her husband were terrific hosts and thought of everything - extra chairs, nice music player, drinking water, etc. I'm amazed how they made this adorable boat themselves. We'll be back for another adventure by Jordan Lake!
The houseboat is adorable and completely unique. We went during the week and practically had the lake to ourselves. You'll have everything you need on board: mini fridge, coffee, shower with amenities, plush towels and bedding, a thumb drive full of movies, deck chairs on top and even little touches like battery-operated candles. You can prepare your own meals on board or dock to make a quick run to area grocery stores and/or restaurants. When we had a question, the owner was quick to respond. We strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat on the water.
I rented this for an overnight retreat for my 12-year-old son and me. We motored about 30 minutes away from the boat ramp and found a secluded cove. We didn't encounter anyone else on our stay - which is exactly what we hoped for. The houseboat is well designed and cozy. This is a great getaway and Gretchen was wonderful about communicating with us leading up to our stay and walking us through everything we needed to know at check in.
This was an anniversary we will never forget. We will definitely do it again if we get the chance.
